some FIRSTs and some LASTs

During the past week or so, I have been noticing how many FIRST and LAST experiences we have been blessed with....

FIRST time Casey registered for classes at UVU
LAST full week of classes for Lisa & LAST time preparing for finals
Note:  I had no idea that registering was such a major time commitment.  I have been very blessed to have one of the best college advisors help plan out my classes and rarely had to hunt through the schedule.  Thank you Mom for all of your help!!!

FIRST attempt to become a student intern
(and hopefully the LAST...)
Note:  Still haven't heard anything from the principal... but we are really hopeful and would love it if everyone would join in praying for us.  I know everything will work out in the end.

FIRST Virginia Mission Reunion
LAST time wondering who Casey is talking about
Note: I think I was more excited to go to this than Casey was.  But, I witnessed the most amazing thing while I was there.  I enjoyed watching others and seeing the love that they felt for each other.  Everyone was so excited to be together again--I had never seen so many guys hug each other before....  But the best part is that everyone was accepted!  It didn't matter if the person was popular or nerdy or any of those earthly labels.... everyone was equally loved and it was so cool to watch.

FIRST General Conference as a married couple
LAST time doing homework during it (at least for me...)
Note: I was coloring my interior design final project.  I am capable of coloring and listening at the same time!  But, it will be nice to not have to do that in the future! :)

FIRST Easter together!
LAST time I wait to buy Easter candy after on clearance
Note:  I have searched numerous stores trying to find Cadbury Mini Eggs (they are like M&Ms but egg shaped).  This is seriously one of my favorite candies for the whole year but we figured they would go on sale afterwards and be a lot cheaper.  Well, this theory only works if the store still has some in stock after the holiday.  Oh well!  We still have plenty of candy and treats and simply delicious stuff!

Please note: I will post Easter and interior design pictures later! :)
