The Biggest Loser Challenge

Yesterday, I started my own "Biggest Loser Challenge."  We were given (at my request) a Wii game called this.  I read a lot about it and I thought it looked like a pretty good workout program.  Waking up this morning, I am SO sore!!!  H.O.L.Y. C.O.W.  My legs and stomach are aching... but Casey insists that is a good sign because I am building muscle.  Anyhow... I pushed through my tired/ soreness and enjoyed my workout again today! :)  I don't remember ever being this sweaty....

There are many reasons why I am actually committed to exercising--the biggest is I want to be healthy! :)  So stay tuned for my progress.  I am sure this will be a work in progress for a long time but that is alright!  I would rather loose weight naturally and slowly than one of the latest fad diets.

And I am SO blessed!  Casey says he loves me 100% the way I am.  He wouldn't change anything about me.  But because it is my decision--he completely supports me.  I am so grateful for his encouragement and support in my life!  It definitely makes pushing through the tiring moments much more enjoyable!!

P.S. The TV show starts today (I think???).  I have never really followed the series but maybe I will... and make the journey with others....

Thanks Jessica!! :D How do you know the pink team is LDS? I just looked up their pages (and read briefly) and didn't see anything about that...?

Lisa I am so excited for you. I love working out...I always feel so good about myself when I finish. Oh yeah, and pain IS a good sign!!

Congrats! Working out is exhausting but worth it. Give it about 3 weeks and you'll be surprised how much longer it takes to get tired during your work out.
Yes, it starts tonight. More about strategy than losing weight, but the trainer tips are nice.

Congrats! After 3 weeks you'll be surprised at how much longer you can last during your workouts.
The show is more about strategy, but the trainer tips are good. I love the show.

I have a friend who is friends with Sarah and invited me to "like" her Facebook page. You can find it on Facebook under "Sarah Nitta - Biggest Loser Season 11". You can even just look Sarah up on Facebook and she has Latter-day Saint under her info :)
