Week 3 Weigh-In

May I have a drum roll please...

my week three weigh in is...

-5 pounds!!!

BAM!
I know it is supposed to be unhealthy to loose more than like 2 pounds a week... 
but I know I am not loosing muscle! (the reason it is unhealthy...)
  
I guess sweat camp and eating healthy really 
are a great combination... LoL! :)

P.S. The results TOTALLY shocked me... I really pigged out yesterday because I was *starving* when we got home from church.
Fortunately, I picked healthy things (like Special K bars, celery and peanut butter, air popped--tiny oil--popcorn, "rice pudding"--I made the stuff using brown rice and yogurt with raisins and cinnamon) to inhale.
Even still with them being healthy--that was way more food than I normally eat in such a super time period!!

good job! also, when you first lose weight you tend to lose it faster or whatever, so it's not bad. :) keep it up!
