Exercising Milestones

There have been several exercising milestones that are worth recording!!


Current weight lost to date: - 32 pounds


Consecutive push-ups on toes: 11 (that is a big deal people!  I used to not even be able do 1 on my toes and maybe only 2 on my knees)


Difficulty of Workout: Increased from challenging (level 3 on TBL) to hard (level 4)


Pants size: dropped at least 1 size (maybe 2 depending on the brand and style)


I'm making progress!! :)

P.S. You can see how long my hair used to be!

Thanks everyone! :) Really your comments mean A LOT! :D I keep reading them and am sort of feeling motivated to exercise today... maybe I will read them a few more times and then "hit the wii." ;)
