Week 5 Weigh-In

I have no idea how...

but...

-6 pounds!

Ok... so fasting yesterday probably helped. :)
AND in addition to exercising in the morning, I started exercising during lunch.
(I only do things standing during lunch because the kids can walk in at any time
and it would be so awkward if I was on the ground!!!
And no hard core sweating--that would be uncomfortable during the next period!)


I have realized that I'm not as tempted by food any more.  I feel like I am in control of my body and life! :)  And fasting yesterday (still not the greatest thing) was so much better because my physical body has already been learning that it isn't in charge.
