Week 10 Weigh-In

Week 10 (this is a LONG process!!!)  But at least in the 10 weeks, I have always lost weight! :D
-3 pounds!

After my weigh-in today, I fell below the yellow line.  I was up for elimination.  I stood there--shocked.  I am the WHOLE team!  You can't vote me off, it is MY game!  Anyway... the Wii voted and decided to send home the other player (non-existent)  instead of me.  Whoo... I'm safe for one more week... ha,ha,ha! :)

Lisa! I didn't know you were doing the biggest loser challenge!!! How are you working out? What have you changed about your diet? How much have you lost total? I'm so impressed!

Thanks Aimee! :D There is a wii game called "The Biggest Looser Challenge" You can read more about that on the first TBL post I made.

I work out with the Wii Board, Wii Mote and our floor--sophisticated, right?! LoL! I sweat SO much though--it really is a workout!
And this is SO much better than actually going on the show because I still get to be home and with my sweetheart! :)

I have just been watching calories. I try to eat more veggies and whole grains and limit fats/ sugars. I eat a lot of salads now. Normally for breakfast, I grab a slim fast granola bar or shake because I don't have time for fancy things. Nothing too complicated.

Weight to date: -43 pounds! :D
