Week 14 Weigh-In

I learned a super important lesson this week!  I can still eat pizza, hamburgers and ice cream! :)  On Friday we went to a BYU Sr. Celebration and there was free dinner.  I chose what I was going to eat by portion control and guessing the calories as best I could.  (BTW:  Check back for more about the Sr. Celebration!!)  Saturday morning, I pushed hard in my work out.  Calories in really does equal calories out.

-4 pounds

And the goal for today... sort through my closet and take out all the things that are way to big now.  Probably make a trip to D.I. and hope I can find some things to replace the gigantic things.  Here is the problem... I don't want to buy too much because I am just going shrink out of them again but I really do need something to wear as I am still on my weight loss journey.

Don't forget to check places like TJ Maxx and Ross for inexpensive clothes. I've gotten a lot of stuff there for less than $10 that is so cute. Good luck and have fun shopping!!

Thanks!! That is a great tip! I don't think that I would have thought of checking those out because I have never really shopped there. But I have heard about them. I am going to have to check them out! :)
