Week 17 Weigh-In

This past week, I started pushing harder on the Wii.  Casey gently encouraged me to actually get to the point where I was sweating during my workout.  I guess in weeks past, I was kind of slacking and only half trying.

He offered wonderful advice because the results show!  (Even despite my peanut butter break down at the beginning of the week.)

-4 pounds!

BTW: stay tuned for next week!  I'm planning on reaching some milestones! :)
