Ugh... this is getting hard. It seems to be impossible to have two good weeks in a row. And it is disappointing because I went on several bike rides this week, we hiked the Y (holy cow that is way harder than I thought! I still need to post pictures about this!!), I exercised almost every morning. But... all of that seems to have just balanced my not so good eating habits this week. At school, I had some candy because I was bored. Then a slice of pizza because it was the last day. Well, then I had this thing with peanut butter this week and lets just say I ate a ton of the high calorie stuff. And finally, yesterday I made cake mix cookies for Casey. I was in the kitchen unsupervised with the cake/ cookie dough. I don't think I need to explain but that is never a good thing.
Anyway... hopefully this coming week will be better! I'm going to have to work harder on not having guilty episodes with tempting foods! :(
